1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Nobel Hygiene Ltd. ships its products to most locations across India. Orders are dispatched within 72 hours of successful order confirmation. Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping is free for orders above ₹350.
- Orders below ₹350 will incur a shipping charge of ₹50.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return or cancellation.
Nobel Hygiene Ltd. reserves the right to modify shipping charges at any time without prior notice. Any revised charges will be reflected during checkout.
From time to time, Nobel Hygiene Ltd. may introduce promotional offers providing free shipping, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders weighing more than 2 kg or high-volume shipments may require additional delivery time.
Taxes and Additional Charges
The final payable amount, inclusive of applicable taxes, will be displayed during checkout. No additional charges are payable unless specifically stated.
International Shipping
Currently, deliveries from our website are available only within India.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, the courier partner's name and tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. Tracking information may take up to an additional 24 hours to become active.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice before returning the shipment to our warehouse. Please ensure that your mobile number and delivery address are complete and accurate.
2. Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Incorrect Product Received – where the product delivered is materially different from the product ordered on www.friendsdiaper.in. If you receive a product that is different from the item ordered on www.friendsdiaper.in, you may request a return and replacement.

Damaged, tampered, defective, or otherwise unusable product received. If the product is received in damaged, defective, tampered, or otherwise unusable condition, you may request a return or replacement.

Death or demise of the customer before the product is consumed or used. The customer's legal representative or immediate family member may contact Customer Support to request a return. Nobel Hygiene Ltd. may request reasonable supporting documentation to verify the request. This provision shall apply only to purchases made through www.friendsdiaper.in. Customers who have purchased through any other sales channel shall not be eligible under this clause.
Due to the nature of our hygiene and personal care products, returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect ordering by the customer, or any other non-quality-related reason. However, in the case of incorrect ordering by the customer, an exchange may be permitted provided the customer couriers the product to our warehouse at their own cost. Any additional amount payable towards the replacement product, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
Non-Website Customers
If the product was not purchased through www.friendsdiaper.in, the customer must first contact the customer support team of the respective e-commerce platform or seller from whom the purchase was made. Nobel Hygiene Ltd. can process replacements, exchanges, and missing products only for products sold directly by Nobel Hygiene Ltd. If the product was sold by a different seller on a third-party platform, any replacement, exchange, refund, or return request shall be handled by the respective seller in accordance with their applicable policies.
Return Request Window
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests received after 10 calendar days from the date of delivery may not be accepted.
Conditions for Approved Returns
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All original labels, accessories, complimentary promotional items, and invoices must be included.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Supporting photographs or documents may be required.
Nobel Hygiene Ltd. reserves the sole right to inspect and determine whether the returned product qualifies for a return, replacement, or refund.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind.
- Customers ordered the wrong product, size, variant, or quantity. However, exchange is possible subject to the applicable exchange conditions.
- Products have been used, opened, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Return requests submitted after the specified return window.
- Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
- Any circumstances not expressly covered under Return Eligibility.

Return Shipping Charges
For Returns (incorrect, damaged, defective, or tampered products):
Nobel Hygiene Ltd. will bear the return shipping costs.
For Exchanges (wrong product, size, variant, or quantity ordered by customer; or cases involving death/demise of the customer):
The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, family member, or authorized representative initiating the return.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has been received at our warehouse and has successfully passed quality inspection and verification.
Once the returned product is received and passes quality verification, applicable refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will ordinarily be credited to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) or cheque orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer or authorized representative. Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate bank account details.
Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the error is attributable to Nobel Hygiene Ltd.
