Refund policy

At Nobel Hygiene Pvt. Ltd., our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. 

A product can only be returned in the following scenarios:

1. Wrong size/product received

2. Damaged product received.

We will require relevant proofs with supporting documents/images for us to successfully initiate the return. 

Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all the items sold on www.friendsdiaper.in:

Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.

Order Return process :

Step 1. Login with your email id and password and go to My Account → Go to the order history page and click on the order id for which you wish to raise return request.

Step 2. Click on the return button next to the product you would like to return,

Step 3. Follow the screens , fill in the required details and submit the request.

Step 4. Our team will come and collect the package from your delivery address.

Step 5. Once we receive the product at our facility. Our quality team will do the quality check and if it is approved by our quality staff we will initiate the refund process. Please refer to refund policy for more details.

Step 6. Send the summary of your return order to help@nobelhygiene.com with valid order id.

Please allow upto 5 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them. We will keep you updated on the status of exchange / refunds via email.
