Same-day Shipping Policy

Same-day delivery is offered in partnership with Zippee for eligible orders placed on the Friends/Nobel Hygiene website. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Delivery Partner

Same-day delivery is fulfilled exclusively through our logistics partner Zippee.

Nobel Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. does not directly manage last-mile delivery.

2. Service Availability

Same-day delivery is currently available only within Mumbai and selected pincodes.

The list of serviceable pincodes is provided on the website and may be updated from time to time.

3. Order Cut-off Timings

Orders placed on or before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next working day.

4. Eligible Products

Same-day delivery is applicable only for Adult Diapers (Tape and Pant variants).

Other product categories are not covered under this service.

5. Payment Method

Same-day delivery is available only for prepaid orders.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible.

6. Operational Exceptions

24 hours delivery is done on best effort basis. In case of operational constraints, traffic restrictions, weather conditions, or customer unavailability, delivery may not be completed on the same day.

In such cases, a next-day delivery attempt will be made.

7. Order Confirmation & Status

Customers will receive confirmation and delivery updates through email/SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable).

8. Policy Changes

Nobel Hygiene reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the same-day delivery service at any time without prior notice.
