Originally I was under impression that the incontinence pads will be required only for some elderly persons. But about two and half years ago I had undergone radical robotic prototectomy surgey, due diagnosis of very early stage protate cancer, wherein the prostate gland was removed. This brings lot of inconvinience as the hold on urinary tract is completely lost in early stage after surgey and require perform pelvic floor exercises to regain the control. I could gain control with pelvic muscle exercise upto almost 95%. Initially I was using the pull up pants type incontinence diapers of brands like apollo and friends. Then on with time, as I was gaining control, I needed smaller pads, as insert pads. The I found that these are mainly available with FRIENDS> Then on I have been using these insert pads for more than an year and am quite comfortable with them. Thanks to FRIENDS for being friendly by providing this product. With time, I find that the present insert pads, which are required for urinary incontinence purpose only, are bigger in size and can be made to smaller size, which benefits the purpose of the users and also to the manufacturer in terms of material cost and end user cost.
